DID ROMNEY REALLY WIN.....WHAT?

Political Views from the Underclass

DID ROMNEY REALLY WIN ……….WHAT ?

Well, it is said that Romney won the first debate. Winning the first debate I would say was in the ears of the hearers. Romney did manage to take control of the debate from the moderator, who seemed to enjoy hearing Romney’s attacks on Obama’s record as President. Jim moderated like an NFL replacement referee; he allowed personal fouls, interference, and unsportsmanlike conduct by refusing to give up when time was out. At times it seemed that Jim gave Romney more time to score and limited the President’s time to defend. The President definitely didn’t win last night and Romney didn’t say anything different except he agreed with the President before he disagreed with the President about everything. Romney and the Republicans have always attacked, disagreed with and tried to destroy the President’s record since day one. The Debate last night only gave Romney his biggest stage and audience to shout out Republican’s disagreements with the President’s action, without describing his and the Conservative’s plans of action. Romney seemed relaxed, happy mentally, and well regulated last night, I’m sure his wife was relieved when it was over; it seems her worries were unfounded.

President Obama seemed like he for moments during the debate had that feeling that show in his face, when he was called a liar during that State of The Union Address. Remember how he looked “P….. Off” BUT DIDN’T DEMAND RESPECT. I guess he doesn’t know how to demand respect and not look like an angry black man. I think that the President, being the commander and chief, should have demanded the respect of the moderator and insist that he follow the rules set forward. That has always been the job of “All the President’s Men” to set the stage. It wouldn’t have happened like that when “The Decider” was in office. Moderators and candidates were not allowed to imply that the most powerful man in the world was a Liar, in a worldwide broadcast debate. It was considered unpatriotic to disagree with Bush’s policies his first term in office. I guess The President has to really realize that if the Republican Party is willing to further destroy the American economy for four years after the Nation enters a recession, they are ruthless. If the party is ruthless enough to not care about the 47% for four whole years all in an attempt to discredit his record as President, he should not be surprised by the ruthlessness and disrespect. He needs to know the Republicans put it all on the table this time; it’s all or nothing for the GOP. The GOP knows that 47% of the people are not fooled, but they don’t know how many of the rest of the people know what they did to the American people to make the President look bad.

The other three debates will, I hope, be moderated better than the one last night by the “empty chair”. These three debates are the Republicans last three great hopes of convincing the people that they have a better plan than President Obama. The 2010 Mid Term tea party Republicans voted into Congress promised jobs if elected, they have been sitting there waiting on “their President”. The people need Government jobs if the job creators are also waiting on a Republican President. The problem is and always has been jobs.
