An Underclass View of Political Reality TV

An Underclass View of Political Reality TV

Reality TV has captured the hearts and minds of the American people. There are reality shows about almost anything you’re interested in, and things that disgust you also. There are shows that let the viewers enter and hang around the homes, and lives of housewife’s of the rich and famous. A viewer can dance with a Star and vote and feel involved in choosing a winner. VIEWER INVOLVEMENT makes it feel real. My wife and oldest daughter like to follow people here in America and around the world as they look to buy expensive homes that we can’t fit in our budget. She comes up with some good ideas to beautify the home that is in our budget on HGTV. I like the reality shows on Discovery, History, and Animal Planet. The Professional and College Sports is my Reality TV also. Reality TV serves to substitute for real life experience and the lack there of any opportunity to experience being there. They are very entertaining, but in most cases they are a way to waste time. These days there are millions of people with time to waste, as they wait to be employed again. Reality TV is a mild continued action anti depressant used to relieve the stress of idleness.

Reality TV Politics serve the same purpose as Reality TV, to entertain while time is wasted, and people are idle. The biggest difference is VOTER INVOLVEMENT which cultivates voter loyalty. Both Major Political Parties have their own 24/7 Reality News Channels. The Republican’s Channel is Fox News, and the Democrat’s Reality News channel is MSNBC News. The Fox News channel pioneered Reality Political News, and demonstrated the influential power of reality politics in the 2000 Presidential Election. While all or most other major networks and cable news declared a Republican Party lost in Florida, Fox News declared the Republican Party Victory and so the democrats lost the election. I don’t know how long Fox news had been broadcasting then, but they looked and acted Professional. The studio looked well set up .

Voter involvement is used to capture the heart, mind, and soul of the American voters. With the technology of today, everyday people can feel like they are part of the various teams. They can call in, text, skipe, email, or tweet their favorite political figures and reality news personalities. They can receive replies that really make them feel that they and their vote can and will make a difference. They are made to feel needed, included, and special, everybody likes that feeling. The News offered by Reality Political TV News should always to taken with a grain of salt. The fact is that the Reality Political news is for entertainment only and not reported by news correspondents; this fact at one time was announced as a disclaimer. These two channels deal in opinions of the news 24/7, not reporting the news. Their opinions are so opposite, if you heard both Fox and MSNBC’s report of the same important political action chosen by Obama, you’ll wonder if they have the same facts in front of them. Facts are not as important or useful as opinions while playing Reality Politics.

AMERICA AND AMERICANS NEEDS JOBS, I said that loud because it’s not priority in Washington, 2016 is all that matters there now. We the people had better pay attention; the jobs are gone and won’t be coming back. We need jobs to turn our own personal economy around before or in the process of turning the nation’s economy around. We need jobs worse than a dead man need a casket. The private sector can’t or won’t employ enough people to keep the underclass from swallowing up the middle class soon. Don’t go for the okeydoke, we need government jobs, yesterday. We need government jobs to rebuild our infrastructure and create high speed rail transportation to reduce gas consumption. This is not the time to apply the brakes on spending, just to weaken the Presidency. Spending had been a problem of the previous administration, and that administration ended just after spending many billions to bail out Big Banks and Wall Street. Fiscal responsibility was not seen as Republican mandate. I say the nation needs to spend more not less at this time to bail out the American people. America is not as broke as they say; it’s just a political ploy to defund the present administration, at a terrible cost to the American people.

The time between now and the 2016 election will be filled with a lot of non-issues. They will be brought to you by Reality Political TV, and it will cause a lot of pain for the people. The changes necessary for recovery would normally take a year or two to debate and implement each one. There are no serious debates at all about anything to aid we the people. Meanwhile we can waste time watching and reacting to the political entertainment offered 24/7 by political Reality TV until it hits the fan. We must STOP, LOOK, AND LISTEN, then, ACT. We the people need to find a way to let those Republicans and Democrats in Washington know we can’t wait until after 2016 to start our recovery.

Here on Hub pages the Political Forum is where we, the people give our political opinions. Many opinions are echoes of Political Reality TV. Some use hub pages for recreation, some to fellowship, other get paid and then there are those with a message. If I may, here is my message… WE THE PEOPLE MUST FORM A PERFECT UNION of Democrats, Republicans, Independents, Tea Party, or any legal citizen voter or non-voter. THEN we must figure out a way to communicate to the elected officials our immediate needs. At the top of our list of needs are JOBS. We, the people shouldn’t care where the jobs come from, Private sector, or GOVERNMENT JOBS, the people needs to work. Well, that’s my message. I know PA PA and MA MA don’t want to compete for entry-level jobs with their grandchildren anytime soon.
