AN UNDERCLASS OPINION OF REPUBLICAN-TEA PARTY HOGWASH
Over 35 thousand public sector jobs were among the recent job lost reported last week. The Private Sector is reported to say, that they can’t hire until they know what Obama is going to do about taxes. American businesses and corporations do more hiring off shore than on shore, they tend to do a lot of layoffs on shore. That, no doubt makes good business sense, but it doesn’t help America’s employment problem. Many Republican Governors are, now and will be, until stopped by replacement, laying off public employees. Conservatives also want to reduce Federal public employees. By the 2012 election season, millions more will be unemployed and the unemployment rate will surely be over 10%, and President Obama will be blamed for not creating jobs.
Where are the jobs, Mr. President? That has to be a trick question. If the President was to answer, I think he’d probably say, “I don’t have the power to create jobs in America. My job is to create an environment for job growth. Those that controlled small business loans and financing are not lending. I understand why Big Business and Wall Street won’t support job growth between now and the elections, they know my plan is to tax and regulate them; they won’t do anything to make me appear Presidential. For a Republican to ask me a question like that is like a childish tease. If everything I try to do good for the American people is blocked by all Republican-Tea Party members in the House, and some Conservative Democrats, plus blue and yellow Dog Democrats, I’m powerless to help the people. The things that I was able do for the good of the people is targeted for defunding and deregulation by the Republican Controlled Congress.” Even though it may be true, that the unemployment numbers is another ploy used by Conservative interest, to deny President Obama a second term, he can’t voice that opinion without proof, “I CAN.” He would surely state the above quote in other and better words.
The National Debt is a spending problem, not a revenue problem. “THAT’S CONSERVATIVE HOGWASH.” Why at this time and this Presidential Administration must the emergency brake on spending be applied? Is the defunding of President Barrack’s Administration an attempt to cause the President to fail? “I THINK SO.” “The Office of President of the United States and the man holding that office has never been so disrespected and disregarded in the history of this Nation, “why on his watch?” There are some on the right that has said,” I think the President is a good person but a bad leader”, “MORE HOGWASH”.
All entitlement spending should be looked at in the consideration of the Nation’s deficit reduction plan. Medicare and social security should be taken off the list of entitlements, because the people are entitled to get what they paid years to receive. If the money borrowed from the system by the Federal Government through the years is paid back to the system, it would reduce the system’s revenue problems. All other entitlements, Farm, Banking Subsidies, Corporate, Business and Social should be examined on basics of need. The discretionary spending by the Government should be examined from six figure salaries for management positions, to the constant pay raises for Law Makers. Fraud and corruption is out of control on all levels of government, Federal, State and Local. If fraud and corruption was a crime punishable by mandatory minimums of 15 years and confiscation of all ill gotten gains, America would have no debt problems in a short time. The Nation’s debt is a Greed and Stealing problem, not a Spending problem.
The Tea Party is potentially the most destructive political party ever, in American history. They took a pledge that if elected, they would not under any circumstance vote to raise taxes or allow the debt ceiling to rise. They also pledge to make the President a one termer. What makes the Tea Party potentially destructive and dangerous? Well… When people pledge allegiance they usually raise their right hand to God. That same sense of honor and duty is felt by some people when sworn in as jurors. As a juror one must use evidence and common sense to come to a conclusion. If 3 of 12 jurors would have voted guilty, there would still be hope for justice for little Caylee Anthony. The jury, All 12 members said not guilty, because of lack of hard evidence. With so much circumstantial evident, I would have expected a hung jury, not acquittal. The new Tea Party members of congress are for the most part, jury pool candidates. The Tea Party law makers are naïve and power drunk, led by the two Presidential hopefuls with the most sex appeal; they may be willing to chance economic collapse. The Professional politicians on the Republican side can’t reason which them because they made a pledge to vote how they will vote, before they came to Congress. They are potentially destructive and dangerous if like the jurors, Tea Party members of congress don’t use discretion and discernment to cast their votes. I hope they remember they pledged allegiance to the flag, before they pledge allegiance to the Tea Party.
The Professional Republican law makers are pretending to be confused about whose taxes the President want to increase. GOP leadership claims that the Job Creators shouldn’t be taxed, because they will create jobs when the time is right. HOGWASH!!! The GOP wants to decrease Social Entitlements while increasing Corporate and Business Entitlements. It seems common sense solutions apply only in GOP rhetoric. Common sense should be used to understand that, when the people are employed, buying things, and paying taxes, the Nation’s economy grows. If 50% of Americans don’t earn enough money to be taxed and the 48% of tax payers are suffering from UN and UNDER employment, while sharing less than 10% of the Nation’s wealth, the common sense solution to grow the Nation’s economy is to tax the 2% of Americans that own over 90% of the wealth in America. Taxing the Americans who own over 90% of the money in America makes sense, common and uncommon sense. It doesn’t make sense to tax the poor, who need more money than they have, to survive. The working class is being unemployed nationwide, daily. The Government must follow the money and the wealthy must pay more taxes, bottom line.
The politically naive has been put in powerful political positions by a major political party that has been leaderless since the 2008 Presidential election. Filled with HOGWASH and a false sense of purpose, these new contestants hold the fate of America in their hands. The Tea Party created by Fox News and the Conservative Movement is in the House talking HOGWASH. The seeds are planted; soon we will see the first harvest.
